Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our clinic team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
