When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Skin Pharm is committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.

Do you offer international shipping?
